WELCOME! We invite you to enjoy the Whitehouse Community Library. We are a non-profit corporation in the State of Texas governed by a Board of Directors. The Library is a member of the State Library System through its membership in the North East Texas Library System (NETLS). There are 2 paid part-time staff and many dedicated volunteers.
We offer recreational reading with adult best sellers, classics, reference materials, easy readers, juvenile readers, young adult materials, magazines, free internet access, and inter-library loan for those items we don't own. We offer pre-school storytime weekly. We have books on tape-- both audio cassettes and compact disks. We have videos and DVDs. Fax, copy, and laminating services are available as well as an Accucut machine.

Your Community Library now has access for our patrons to obtain eBooks and Audiobooks on all reading devices except early Kindle models (Kindle Fire works great). We will continue to expand our collections, so check back often. Overdrive Application guide:
